Thomas B. Wheatly (Director)


Upon joining the firm in 2005 Wheatley was appointed a Director. A veteran litigator with extensive experience in a variety of civil and criminal cases, he operated his own practice in Portland for the previous ten years. Prior to that he was a Partner at Perkins, Thompson, Hinckley & Keddy of Portland, where he practiced for 16 years. He received his early training at the New York firm of Cravath, Swaine & Moore and was an associate at Ropes & Gray of Boston for over five years. In addition to litigation, Wheatley works on matters involving corporation and banking law, on which he has frequently consulted in the past.
